Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
Items must be in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Gift cards
Personalized or custom-made items
Sale items or clearance items (unless defective)

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Return Instructions: We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.
Package Your Return: Securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including all original packaging and accessories.
Ship the Item: Ship your return to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is defective or the return is a result of our error. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item following the steps above and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items
